Terra South: A civil engineering company based out of Laredo, Texas specializing in land development, foundation and structural design, and on site civil design. Our company, formally established in May of 2014, is owned and operated by Gilberto Gonzalez, P.E. and is located at 219 W Village Blvd, Laredo, Texas, 78041.
